Agincourt Resources sebagai pengelola dan perngoperasi wilayah tambang Martabe (Sumatera Utara) mencakup area 30 km² yang berada dalam Kontrak Karya (KK) generasi keenam dengan total luas wilayah 1.639 km².

PT Agincourt Resources melibatkan sekitar 2.300 karyawan dan kontraktor, lebih dari 98% di antaranya adalah warga negara Indonesia, dan 70% berasal dari penduduk setempat.

Pemegang saham utama PT Agincourt Resources adalah suatu konsorsium yang dipimpin oleh EMR Capital, entitas pemegang dana ekuitas swasta dengan spesialisasi di bidang pertambangan (61,4% saham). Dalam konsorsium tersebut terdapat juga Farallon Capital, sebuah investor keuangan global (20,6%), Martua Sitorus (11%) dan Robert Hartono & Michael Bambang Hartono (7%).

Sejarah berdiri PT Agincourt Resources

Produksi di Tambang Emas Martabe dimulai pada 24 Juli 2012. Kapasitas operasi Tambang Emas Martabe adalah 4,5 juta ton bijih per tahun untuk memproduksi lebih dari 250.000 ounce emas dan 2-3 juta ounce perak per tahun.

Mechanical Training Supervsior (PRO 1609046) - Agincourt Resources


This position will be based at Martabe site working on schedule 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to the Mechanical Superintendent.

The role of Mechanical Training Supervisor is required for mechanical training of the Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitters on procedures to develop the skills of the PTAR tradesman in the Process Plant. This role will focus on training in rework tasks performed by the tradesman. A register and risk matrix will be done and assessment and competency based report can be run. This role is critical for the development of the tradesman. Please note that there is no Mobile equipment component to this position.

Qualifications and experience:
  • The ability to teach and train tradesman using practical and theory based training methods
  • Thorough knowledge of training and assessment systems
  • Develop mechanical training packages and competency systems for development of skills in mechanical department. 
  • Utilise existing SOPs, OEM packages to further develop the mechanical tradesman skills through training packages
  • A high level of competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
  • Ability to read and understand manuals, PIDs and maintenance procedures. The ability to explain information in these documents to tradesman. 
  • A high level of verbal and written English
  • A sound awareness of operational safety issues and an excellent personal safety record
  • A thorough understanding of routine maintenance requirement of the Processing Plant. 
  • Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions. 
  • The ability to develop SOPs. 
  • A Mechanical trade certificate or above would be highly regarded for this position
