TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Job description:
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Indonesia is responsible for product line specific talent acquisition programs and all recruiting activities ensuring the highest level of staffing services. You will consult with product line managers and human resource managers to anticipate both short and long term staffing needs, providing short and long term recruitment strategies, and ensuring a direct and consistent flow of qualified applicants is available to meet the ongoing talent needs of the product line.
• This position delivers high quality candidates and advances Weatherford’s unique employee culture in the marketplace, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This position will manage the day-to-day recruiting function for their product line and vendors to deliver full lifecycle recruiting, workforce planning, while maintain excellent relations with HR co-workers, hiring managers, candidates, and the outside parties.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Strategize, coordinate and follow up on all recruitment activities for assigned product line
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with product line and Human Resources managers to evaluate and implement recruitment plans
• Develop individualized sourcing strategies for the markets and execute appropriately
• Create and utilize staffing plans with managers to proactively identify future recruitment needs
• Establish and maintain successful relationships with recruiting partners, colleges, community partners, search firms, temporary staffing agencies, professional associations, and other organizations that provide recruitment value
• Coordinate and attend recruitment events including job fairs, conferences, meetings, etc. and represent & effectively provide information about our organization to interested attendees
• Assess the community demographics and create a candidate pipeline that meets diversity hiring initiatives and supports the community demographics
• Maintain a solid understanding/knowledge of Weatherford culture. Communicate the company philosophy of development and growth as it’s related to position and industry progression.
• Conduct weekly requisition hiring activity audits to ensure complete & timely documentation
• Monitor & maintain integrity of requisitions on Applicant Tracking System to ensure the recruitment activity is accurately reported
• Provide day to day support to regarding the recruiting process and Applicant Tracking System
• Ensure delivery of recruitment services, including meeting Recruiting Service Levels
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand requirements of positions and provide innovative solutions for sourcing candidates
Essential qualifications:
• 8+ years recruiting experience, including proactive/passive sourcing, corporate recruiting. RPO recruiting or agency/executive search recruiting experience is preferred.
• Oil and Gas, Manufacturing or Industrial related industry experience a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa. This is a key criteria to be considered for this role.
