Officer Pengadaan Tanah dan Bangunan
Main Responsibility:
• Record procurement request and a new branch office building renovation
• Conduct site survey, including the design of the office building which will be renovated
• Compose building renovation cost and office building facility procurement proposals
• Ensure new opening outlet office in accordance with the plan
Qualification:
• Minimum possess Bachelor degree majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Having experience in similar position minimum 2 years
• Understand the goods and services procurement provisions
• Having the ability to design the interior / architectural design / construction
Staff Product Development
Job Description:
• Support the availability of funding product development
• Support the study of finance products to be launched by the Bank
• Assist in the preparation of infrastructure training / socialization / workshop financing products which will be launched
• Report to the stakeholders (internal and external)
• Ensure the growth of the accounts number and third party fund portfolio sustained on the performance of deposit products
• Handle merchant discount product
Qualification:
• Minimum possess Bachelor degree
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Maximum 27 years old
• Have the work experience preferred
• Have good analytical skill, fast learner and type driver
• Have the ability to design preferred
