Job Description:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence for Board of Directors
• Routine administrative work such as filling, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and other appropriate job refferals
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and incoming and outcoming document through mails, letters, emails, etc
• Reporting to Board of Directors
• Prepare and provide personal and corporate activities for Board of Directors
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and incoming and outcoming document through mails, letters, emails, etc
• Arrange and maintain schedule / event for internal & external meetings and coordinate with related person / departments

Requirements:
• Age minimum 25 years old, Good Looking
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): office application ms office, secretarial admnistration, communication skill, interpersonal communication, english communication, Customer Service and Relationship Management.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
