ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Support Sales Manager on sales inquiries and tender submissions, including follow up with client on status;
- Handle tender registrations, proposal preparations and submissions;
- Generate technical proposal, costing and commercial proposal for customer inquiry;
- Sourcing to find best solution of sub-suppliers;
- Monitor tender announcements and inform Sales Managers;
- Handle vendor registrations with client’s procurement/engineering department
- Raise Purchase Order and submit to Management for approval;
- Verify purchased products according to specifications and datasheets provided in quotation;
- Ensure high quality of goods purchased and maintains approved vendor list;
- Assess vendor performance yearly to ensure high level of competency in meeting product technical requirements, quality compliance and cost competitiveness;
- Review quotations from suppliers, negotiate for best price and issue PO to suppliers;
- Perform product or vendor sourcing for items or services required in project;
- Sourcing to find best solution of sub-suppliers.
- Obey HSE regulation regarding with job description
- Ensure HSE aspects are applied in his/her job
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Physic Engineering;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in similar capacity;
- Strong in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point as minimum).
