Accounting Staff - SMS Finance
Job description:
- Input journal entry.
- Check branches daily journal transaction.
- Reconciliation between Sub Ledger and General Ledger
- Prepare consolidation Group reporting package
Qualification:
- Age maximum 28 years old
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/ Accounting / Bangking or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good administration skill, initiative, smart worker, independent, able to work individually or as part of team.
- Able to work with computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, etc)
Customer Service Manager - SMS Finance
Job description:
- Manage team of branches and area in more than 100 front offices (point of services)
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers' needs
- Proactively contact customers who are identified as excellent customers and ensure every opportunity in promoting SMS Finance programs
- Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers
- Report regularly to GM of Operation and executive management on all activities related to the role Develop and maintain positive and strategic relationship to create excellent
- business profit with new and existing SMS Finance customers
- Have a strong coaching and counseling skill
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields of study
- Aged between 30 - 35 years old (Male/Female)
- Experienced in customer service management more than 6 years in multifinance business, and at least 4 years supervisory experience in customer service management
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
- Computer literate, including expertise in Excel, Power point, Outlook, and Word
- Has a proactive approach to process improvement, creative and fast adopter to change
- Highly organized with positive team attitude and attention to detail and accuracy
- Willing to travel all over Indonesia
- Willing to work in Head Office – Jakarta
