Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechantronics) and having strong experience of working in a quality improvement role
- Minimum 8 years experience for similar position, Experience managing a certified quality management system (e.g TS16949, ISO
- Proven track record with problem solving techniques - Six Sigma, 8D, Pareto Chart, Regression Analysis, ANOVA, DOE, Fish Bone Analysis
- Working experience in quality analysis and control - Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, Process Control Plans, SPC, mSA, Capability
- Project management experience, certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma (GB/BB), Lead Internal Auditor is an advantage
Asst. Quality Engineer - KEMET Electronics Indonesia
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechantronics)
- Experience for similar position is preference (Fresh graduate is welcome)
- Profiency using tools of manufacturing Process Flow, Corrective Action Process and Problem Solving Methodologies (5-Why, 8D, etc)
- Good knowledge of QMS principles as well as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC
- Certification such as ASQ, Six Sigma (GB/BB), Lead Internal Auditor is an advantage
General Requirements:
- Strong root cause analysis and analytical problem solving skills with good decision making ability

Manufacturing Engineer - KEMET Electronics Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Control or Electrical Engineering
- With 2 years + experience in Assembly, Mechantronic or Automation, either Mechanical design or control for system development
- 2 years + 3D Computer Aided Design experience, Solid works is preferred, Robot, Machine Vision and/or PLC experience
- Basic Machinery, Mechanical assembly skills
General Requirements:
- Strong problem-finding and problem-solving abilities with regards to Electrical and Mechanical design issue, DOE and Root Cause analysis
- Working under minimum supervision
- Strong in English, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work with a team (team-work)
- Computer literate, especially Ms. Office
