Uwatec Batam saat ini kembali membuka Lowongan Kerja Terbaru 2016 untuk beberapa posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
SENIOR/ MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - Uwatec Batam
Qualification:
- At least 8 years in Manufacturing/ Production Engineer or 3 years as Senior ME
- S1 (Bachelor) in Electrical or Mechanical
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication and assembly
- Highly hand-on experience working with the products (electronic and mechanical) in order to develop, improve, test, validate the processes
- Familiar to work with electronic component/ hardware design, function analysis
- Have experiences to handle multiple/ complex production equipment, machinery and facilities
- Systematic and decisive based on facts
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities
- Ability to grasp modern manufacturing technology quickly
- Good understanding on manufacturing process control such as PFMEA (Process Failure mode and effect analysis), Control Plan, SPC, APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
- Strong organizing and management skills and able to grasp the financial implication of manufacturing activities
- IPC standard knowledge is a plus
- Self motivated, mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under tight schedules
- Able to think out of the box in critical problem solving and improvement activities
- A team player/ leader whom is able to effectively lead and train the team members
- Familiar to ISO 9001:2008
