Data Management and System Administrator - WIK Far East Batam
Responsibility:
- Manage all documents and database of Engineering department
- Create report, Work Instruction and other documents base on data and inputs from Engineering Team
- Maintain all documents up to date
- Support Engineering team on daily activities
Senior Buyer/ Asst Manager Indirect Purchasing R&R - WIK Far East Batam
Responsibility:
- Ensure that all requisitions and other purchase documents comply with established processes, policies and procedures, knowledge and experience in SAP system
- Review supplier capabilities, pricing and secure the most favorable pricing and delivery schedules available, source materials and place purchase orders with specified suppliers for materials and services, Expedite open orders and implement ideas for cost saving
- Lead assigned sourcing projects and drive them to successful completion, including market analysis, the RFX process, negotiations, contract creation, and contract managements
- Participate in higher-order procurement activities such as internal demand management and partnering with suppliers for innovation to add value and achieve continuous process improvement. Determine total cost of ownership for products and services procured
- Adhere to budgetary constraints. Demonstrate a bias toward action and ability to work autonomously

Tool Maintenance (Tool Maker) for Die Casting/ Molding - WIK Far East Batam
Maintenance Technician for Die Casting/ Molding - WIK Far East Batam
Responsibility:
- Have experience in Prod Assembly/ Injection Molding (3)
- Knowing well and able to operate some of machinerles (4,5)
- Lathe Machine/ Manual or CN/CNC, Milling Machine/ Manual/ NC, EDM Machine
- Wire Cut M/C, Laser Weld (understand), Argon Weld (understand), Grinding/ NC Machine
- Etc equipment's
- Comprehend with Mold/ Tooling Design (min. AutoCAD/ Solid Work)
- Comprehend with budgeting/ consumable items at Tool Room (Cutter/ EDM Cooper/ Laser/ Argon Weld Electroda/ etc
General Requirements:
- D3 or Bachelor degree in relevant subject
- Has 2 years of experience in the similar position in Electronics Manufacturing Company (1)
- Has 4-5 years of experience in the similar position in Electronic Manufacturing Company (2,3,4,5)
- English proficiency both oral & written would be advantage (1,2,3,4,5)
