GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Code: GrapDes) - Garena Indonesia
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 from Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design or other related major
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Experienced in Graphic Illustration is a plus
- Creative with knowledge of industry trends and think out of the box
- Know about video editing is a plus
- Fresh graduate / 1 year and above of relevant experience are welcome
- Good attitude, must be open to new ideas
- Good conceptualizing and organization skills
- Able to work independently and enjoy working with a creative team
WEB DEVELOPER (Code : WebDev) - Garena Indonesia
Job descriptions:
- Write client & server-side PHP/Python code that powers the user interface
- Build new features and fix bugs
- Write high-quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)
- Collaborate with other software engineers, product managers, user experience designer, and operations engineers to build new web products
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) or higher in Computer Science or related field
- In-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Familiar with at least one server side scripting language such as PHP
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Object Oriented programming
- Experience with fronted technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Proficient in Linux operating system, Apache/Nginx
GAME OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE – KOREAN SPEAKING (Code: Gameops-Korea) - Garena Indonesia
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and Bahasa or English, both in verbal and written for business purpose
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any field with minimum GPA 3.00
- Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and messenger discussion
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Have strong passion in online gaming
- Previous experience in gaming is a plus
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure profitability and stability of the product on a daily basis
- Review and analyze the key game metrics on a daily basis
- Report business progress with quantitative data to product manager regularly
- Monitor the gaming trends, patterns and discussions; contribute to operation strategy setting
- Maintain/build relationships with external partners
- Organize offline promotional events
- Communicate directly with gamers and provide feedback internally on behalf of them
- Test new product content to identify bugs and provide constructive feedback
